I bought this phone and once received and checked it’s sound quality is very poor and also the seems like a low quality phone with limited colors. If your are traveling and outside home you will not able to hear the caller voice or need to talk over speaker phone.
I try to return it but the Amazon said this option is not available and you can replace it through MI service center but the MI service center denied to replace because the phone is having the same quality.
So I don’t suggest this phone to anyone

(7) Speaker volume should have been a bit louder,
Overall this phone can not meet demand of today’s multipurpose use.
