The product can get rid of tar just by soaking the bong in plastic bag having hospital alcohol/rubbing alcohol and next day voila clean as new!!

I just got the product and opened the pack it was broken in two piece. But I got no time have to use it. So I glued it. No other way. Better don’t make it next time like broken package. Pack it safely and deliver it. I didn’t take any pictures.

Working good but bottom does not fit well and small drops of water leak. Use a electrical tape or nylon tape twice around the neck and fit it. It will work.
After 2 months of not using, the plastic pot just cracked, not a good plastic.
