I purchased this product and it is very good quality. a good camera is very good, and the operating system is very good one small issue is the charging The phone charging is very slow redmi provided a charger of 18 watts but charging is the normal sum charging time of 3 hours, this phone is better than redmi 12 5G I recommended this product and value of the money

I am using this from last 6 months but i am not satisfied with this redme phone. It’s claims AI camera but there is no AI mode in camera. Back side there are two camera but only one camera is useful. Bz other camera is AI camera and it’s not working ( no mode selection in camera app). So my recommendation is, if you looking for only affordable phone with big size then it’s ok otherwise explore another model or brand.

Received the phone today. Wrong selection of phone also the features mentioned are wrong.
Very slow charging. A 12k phone with so poor charging feature. 3% charge in 6 mins.
